We invite you to explore our web site to find out more about our top rated Sailing School, weekend race series and the many other Club Events planned for this summer on Lake Muskoka. 2013 is forecast to be the best year yet at SMSC.

Check out the photo gallery that has finally been brought into the current decade! We would like to post select photos from our past – if you have any lying around that you think would be good additions: previous instructors, races, group shots etc … please let us know.
The application for school and membership can now be completed on line – please join early – it helps us prepare for the upcoming season.
We also recommend that you review, print and post the calendar in a handy and prominent location in your home or cottage. We are looking forward to seeing everyone on the water and at the socials!
Please note the season kicks off with racing on the weekend of June 22nd, the work party on June 23rd to prepare the site, a “KICK OFF” happy hour 4:30 – 6:30 pm – at the Triskan cottage on June 29th (BYOB), followed by the open house on June 30th, and the first day of school July 1st.
If you are new to SMSC or if you don’t know the history of how the club began, it can be found in a wonderful piece written by Dr. Rod Box. Many of the original members and students remain very active in the club. We have grown and moved over the years and the incredible spirit of SMSC lives on over 4 decades strong.
